Although unlikely, there may be times when you need to cancel your order. If you contact me before I start processing your order, you can cancel for free. If I have already started processing your order, a 30% cancellation fee will apply.


Return Policy

1. Custom-made items - Custom-made items cannot be returned. If there is any type of problem, defect or error with your order, I will revise, replace or repair your order. It's not often that something like this happens, but you can be assured that I will do everything in my power to rectify the situation. The problem must be reported to me within 30 days of receiving your order. I must receive the item back within 15 days of notification.

2. Non-Custom Items - For any reason, notify me that you wish to return your order within 15 days of receipt and I will refund the full purchase price (excluding shipping costs), provided the returned item is received no later than 30 days after the original shipping date of the order I receive an order.


Return process

1. Notify me of your return via the "Contact Us" webpage. Please include your order number and reason for return.

2. Package your return in a box with your contact information and a copy of the invoice.

3. Send the package via DHL / Deutsche Post with tracking, signature confirmation and insurance:
